Refund policy

At Gardenia Naturals AU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.  

To request a refund, please contact us at (gardenia.naturals.au@gmail.com). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
